Small Animal Cardiology

We are organizing a two-day conference “Small Animal Cardiology” on September, 17-18, 2016, in Warsaw, Poland. We invited two great speakers, I am sure you know both of them - Mark D. Kittleson and Joshua A. Stern. They are connected with University of California, Davis. All lectures are going to be in English.

Dr. Mark D. Kittleson is a cardiology legend. He is Professor Emeritus at University of California, Davis, and a board certified specialist in Cardiology by the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine (ACVIM). He has been President of the Specialty of Cardiology of ACVIM and Chairman of the Board of Regents of ACVIM. His researches are groundbreaking, both in veterinary medicine and human medicine, and because of that he is called as one of fifteen most influential veterinarians in 2016. Dr. Kittleson is the primary author of the textbook Small Animal Cardiovascular Medicine.

Dr Joshua A. Stern is a great cardiologist of the younger generation. He is a specialist at UC Davis Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital and leader of Cardiac Genetics Laboratory.
