Rates for the 39th SAVAB-Flanders Congress. Please read our terms carefully.

Please note that all rates are VAT exclusive.

1. It is possible to attend the exhibition without attending the congress. Price rates are per day. Catering during congress breaks and lunch is included. The exhibitions will start at 10 a.m. and end at 5 p.m.

2. FECAVA members from abroad need documentation as proof of their membership presented an the reception. Difference of 258 euro will be charged if this documentation is not provided.

3. Registration is possible via our website until Februari 25th. After closing of the online registration, it is still possible to register on-site (only electronic payment). In that case, €65 will be charged extra.

4. The congress language is English.The pre-congress will be in Dutch. There willl be no simultaneous translation.

5. On Friday evening there will be a network event until midnight. This is complimentary for most of the conference participants (see rates). If you don’t want to attend this event, please mail to congres2026@savab.be. Partners are welcome at the rate of 160 euro per person, please mail the name of the partner to congres2026@savab.be. If you would like a vegetarian/vegan menu, please mail to congres2026@savab.be.

6. Cancellations before 10th February 2022 will be subject to a 120 euro cancellation fee and only after a written request, mailed to congres2026@savab.be. On all other cases, no refund will be possible.

7. The proceedings will be provided in electronic format and can be downloaded on-site for convenient digital anotation. All sessions will be recorded and shared with registred participants for on-demand viewing.

8. Two SAVAB or FECAVA members -or two non-members- from the same practice may share one registration for Friday and Saturday.
